I have seen you struggle in life and I know about the struggles you went through before we met. And I know how difficult it is to be the responsible one, the one who remembers, reminds, organizes, disciplines, plans and corrects.

But I have to believe that you and I will create the life of our dreams, and that I will somehow manage to get better. I believe this because I have to, and I believe this because it’s right.

I started taking a supplement a week ago and feel some results. I am not sure if it is just a placebo affect or not. But I will blog about it in a month or so. Hopefully by then I will have made some progress.

We go through hardship together but we are never alone. I am proud of the commitment we share, I am proud to be your husband, and I’m proud to be a part of everything you’ve accomplished.

Happy birthday on my blog again Love. I want to look back on the letters I write for you. Stay pretty, stay sweet and be with me always.

Happy Birthday Emafe!

Love, Your Husband Chris.

  1. How sweet! You're very supportive of her passion.
I'm just wondering what's your medical condition that prevents you from doing things as you mentioned in your previous post? It just made me curious as I work in medical field. Was it PTSD? Coz you mentioned it was work related (military).Good luck to both of you.

Hi Kikay and thanks so much for commenting!

I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, bipolar type in 2005. I don't experience the extreme forms of illness while on medication but I have memory problems, avolition and I require 12 hours of sleep each night .

I started taking fish oil and it seems to help. Now it's a matter of pushing myself.

I will know if it helps in 3 to 6 months. I have tried a lot of things to improve myself but I always seem to settle in the same place once the excitement wears off.

    Wish me luck!

  3. Hello Chris, ive been watching u guys vlog for the last 3 days coz i was searching toril gaisano mall and came across u guys videos, it made me feel at home and at the same time miss davao. Thanks for the videos, my wife and i does a lot of similar stuff when we r there, visit the malls and food trips :) i move to hawaii 1996, im 36 now and hope to visit dvo. Next yr... Anyways, i thought i share to you the kind of fish oil that helped me, my friends introduce it to me two months ago along with antioxidants supplements that helped me a lot with my vog allergies, its called arctic sea from foreverliving.com its free to sign up, i can also give u some later if i go to davao. The aloe vera gel also helps me with my history of inflamation in my intestines. They also have beauty products for Fema :), its a little expensive but it works for me coz i have tried all kinds of supplements and anti inflamatory that dont work.
More power to you guys and keep up the good work. I saw ur vid about non profit dream and i think we share the same dream, everytime i go to davao, we always visit some villages and do feeding to less fortunate, maybe u guys can go with us someday and vlog it :)

  4. @Jeffry Arellano Thanks for visiting my little blog :)

Yeah, and thanks for giving me advice about arctic sea too. I was trying to research about the best fish oil and other people were saying the same thing on the internet. I guess it really is true.

I want to continue GNC for 6 to 8 months so I can prove that it is helping me and do a good job for that long but I will probably try artic sea after that. I am pretty sure you are right about it being better than GNC but I don't want to make the switch just yet.

Toril Gaisano Mall is beautiful and they are building bigger malls in that area too.

I want to donate and I want to help but I haven't really done anything in that area over the last few years. Ever since I have visited the Philippines. I need to give to my side of the family first but I still have a heart to give. I hope to be doing more towards the end of 2014 and I hope we can do something like what you mentioned in your comment!

I enjoy reading all of your comments and I am replying to all of them now.
